The TMU Law Review is an open access journal. All issues and works will be published and freely available on our website. We do not collect publication fees or other charges from authors or readers.

Authors retain copyright in all work published in the TMU Law Review. Our Publication Agreement reflects our open access model and adherence to the Creative Commons Attribution - NonCommercial - NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). The TMU Law Review affixes a CC licensing notice in all published work, including a web link to the appropriate license.
